[7/21/09 - 5:38 pm] In this morning's Supreme Court holding in State v. Marshall, the Court ruled that a Superior Court judge issued an invalid search warrant when he permitted the police to determine when sufficent probable cause existed to search a particular apartment in a multi-unit dwelling. The Justices also invalidated the search warrant on the basis that it did not describe the place to be searched with sufficient particulaity.
